Hello, my name is Hannah.
I am a Life& Mental Fitness Coach, as well as relocation Coach.
I support my clients to tackle their mental challenges by recognising their limiting beliefs and internal saboteurs. I help my clients to overcome fear and tackle self-doubt so they can prioritize and set goals in life, parenting and work without feeling shame and guilt or ignoring their own needs. I help expats in the process of uprooting their life and to tackle anxiety and the loneliness of loss of social contacts.
By working with me, you’ll be able to take a step back, reassess, and refocus. I’ll help you see what you’re really struggling with, what you truly want, set achievable goals, and prioritize.
People come to me experiencing challenges in transition periods and they walk away with tools and ideas they can use for their whole life. I’ll also answer any questions you may have. A Coaching journey takes between 6-10 Coaching sessions, depending on the problem.
